Gil’s passion is to liberate the potential of individuals and organisations. He works with a wide variety of organisations as an Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, Trainer and Organisational Consultant. His clients span a diverse mix of private and public sector organisations.
He is a Lead Coach on LBS Executive Education programmes and coaches on the LBS Executive MBA. He was on the faculty of Bath Consultancy Group Supervision training and is an associate at Henley Business School on the Certificate in Coaching Supervision.
Previously, Gil had 15 years blue chip experience in Learning and Development as Group Learning and Development Manager at Orange and prior to that, as Manager of PHH University Europe.
He specialised in organisational development, large-scale change projects including mission and values, business transformation, management and leadership development.
Gil is an accredited supervisor with European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC). He has held senior positions, Board and Non- Executive Director roles with EMCC.
He has worked with Peter through Bath Consultancy Group, CSTD, Renewal Associates and Henley since 2004.
In his spare time, he manages a glamping business and enjoys ‘the good life’ of vegetables, fruit and poultry farming on a smallholding in Wiltshire.
