Lloyd has specialized in leadership development for two decades. With a practice focused primarily in Europe and the Middle East, he has coached executives of more than 50 nationalities in hundreds of companies and institutions.
For global corporations and professional service firms in a variety of sectors, Lloyd has coached senior country and regional executives, partners, executive teams, succession candidates, and high potentials. He has also worked extensively with family business leaders at the owner, board member, and senior professional level.
As a member of INSEAD’s coaching faculty, he regularly contributes to the degree programs and executive education courses of Europe’s leading business school, as a coach and supervisor.
Lloyd was a founder and board director of Praesta International Ltd., a coaching network that offers skilled coaches to senior business leaders throughout the U.K., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Educated at Oxford, Princeton, and the George Washington University in Washington D.C., he holds a graduate diploma in executive and organizational coaching from the Management School of the University of Texas in Dallas. He is a certified systemic team coach under the supervision of Prof. Peter Hawkins.
He is also a qualified assessor and assessment center designer, certified to apply and interpret a range of psychometric instruments and tools including the Leadership Circle, Kets De Vries Institute tools, the Hogan Lead Series, MBTI, NEO P-IR, and A&DC library.
