Formerly Director of HR and Organisation Development at Virgin Atlantic Airways, Moira is a creative, perceptive Organisational Development professional with qualifications in Training, Teaching, Psychotherapy, both one to one and team coaching, and an MSc in Organisation Development. She has Director level experience in all three sectors.
Moira has been associated with Peter for 5 years now. As well as learning from him and working with him on the Systemic Team Coaching Diploma programme, she has also partnered with him on a team coaching project in the not-for-profit sector.
Moira now works with senior teams and individuals to turn strategy into action and specialises in leadership, succession planning, culture change and employee engagement. Moira believes firmly in taking a strengths-based approach and believes in the power of bringing about positive change from within.
During the last few years, she has worked with senior teams and individuals in a coaching or consulting capacity across Europe and in Hong Kong, Malaysia and the Middle East to develop the internal capability and capacity to lead and manage change. She has also played interim HR and / or Organisational Development Director roles in small businesses needing urgent help with bringing about change and in building HR capability and partnering skills.
During her spare time Moira loves cooking, walking and regularly swims in the sea.
