Customizing your educational journey to fit your individual needs, lifestyle and goals, this approach enables a more dynamic and relevant learning experience, adapting to personal interests, learning styles, or professional aspirations.
Here’s how this can be done:
A process by which a team coach works with a whole team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve both their collective performance and how they work together, and also how they develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business. (Hawkins 2014:80).
This program provides the Systemic Team Coaching® Foundation in understanding and applying the basic models for both developing highly effective teams and for coaching team leaders in how to lead, develop and coach their own teams.
The Systemic Team Coaching® Team Development Essentials comprises of 6 modules, each of which have 5 or 6, 10–15-minute videos, handouts and tools, and a 2-hour practicum group where participants practice applying the tools and models as well as learning from each other and the experienced practicum leader.
The Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner) programs are for those who want to train professionally as Systemic Team Coaches and participants will need to have a team that they are coaching while they are on the program, either within their employee organization or a client team if external.
The programs focus on coaching teams considering both their internal dynamics and external stakeholders. They improve self-awareness, authority, presence, impact, and facilitation skills. They provide practical interventions for client teams and a structured framework for team coaching assignments. They also help teams improve productivity and performance.
Both the in-person/hybrid and virtual programs are aligned to cover the teaching, practice and supervision hours and the observation needed for team coaches to apply for accreditation of either the ICF Advanced Team Coaching Accreditation, the EMCC Practitioner in Team Coaching Accreditation as well as the standards set by other organizations such as the Association of Coaching and APECS.
Both trainings cover in depth: how to coach all 5 disciplines necessary for high value creating teams; a training in using the Team Connect 360 and how to engage teams in the co-inquiry and co-diagnosis stages of the work; and how to coach teams live in business-as-usual meetings.
The Systemic Team Coaching® Diploma (Senior Practitioner) programs are open to people who have completed either the Hybrid or Virtual Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate Practitioner program and are for Systemic Team Coaches who wish to develop their learning and practice further and become senior or master practitioners.
The program helps Systemic Team Coaches to not only deepen their work with coaching discreet teams, but also to coach the team in engaging with the teams above it, beneath it, upstream and downstream from it, as well as to work directly with how the team engages their stakeholders. On these programs the participants also learn how to work with a team of teams approach and link Systemic Team Coaching® to organizational transformation.
The STC® Diploma (Senior Practitioner) programs provide a solid grounding in Systemic Team Coaching®, integrating Systemic Team Coaching® thinking and practice into your work.
Our programs bring together authoritative experience and guidance from leading thought leaders, practitioners, and researchers in the field. You will learn hands-on practical tools and approaches and have the opportunity to practice the learning in a live action simulation, in preparation for application with client teams. These programs are accredited and recognized globally, enhancing your coaching repertoire, authority, presence, and impact.
