Krish leverages a variety of techniques, approaches and instruments as part of his facilitation engagements, including such as design thinking, team coaching positive psychology, agile methodologies, appreciative inquiry. He is also certified in various psychometric instruments including MBTI-II, FIRO-B® and FIRO®-Business, Hogan Assessments, WorkPlace Big 5 4.0™, Power+System’s Organizational Workshop™ methodology, NBI™ Thinking Profile Assessment, and the Change Style Indicator®.
An avid blogger and writer, he has presented at the 3rd International Columbia Coaching Conference held in New York City, 17th -19th of October 2018.
