Paula Wilson has established a reputation as a specialist in Executive Coaching, Leadership Team Coaching and Leadership Assessment and Development who enables business success. She has worked in the field of business psychology for 20+ years and has a strong understanding of business, strategy and systems. She previously worked within KPMG and Viridian Group in senior roles. Her clients include boards, executive teams, leadership groups, CEOS of fast growth SMEs and FDIs across a range of significant business growth, leadership and organisation development projects and sectors. Executive Team dynamics are of particular intrigue and she facilitates client board meetings exploring and developing solutions for complex business issues.
Paula is an accredited and qualified coach (FCIPD, BPS, NLP, AC), executive team coach (AoEC qualified) and psychometrician. She has trained with Nancy Kline as a Thinking Partner, Facilitator and Time to Think Coach (TTT); with Tavistock in Board Dynamics and Facilitation and with MIT, Boston in Solving Complex Business Problems through Systems Thinking. She is an accredited coach supervisor qualified through the Coach Supervision Academy Diploma (EMCC, ICF).
Paula first worked with Peter in 2012 when he became her supervisor. When she isn’t working, she enjoys time with her family, beach walks, reading, good food and wine and indulging her obsession for travel.
