Margaret is an Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach and Organisational Development Consultant. She is a Professional Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has an MSc in Organisation Consulting, an MBA and is a published author.
Margaret has over twenty years’ experience working across many sectors, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Technology, Media, Health and Non-Governmental Organisations and as a Visiting Fellow at Cass Business School.
She is based in UK and has worked extensively internationally.
Margaret works with clients to expand their awareness of the interconnected systems they are part of, enabling them to have more choices and impact about how and where they make a difference in the world. Clients have described her approach as ‘empathetic’, ‘challenging mind-sets’ and having ‘a great sense of professionalism coupled with a human touch’.
She has worked with Peter since 2006 when she joined Bath Consultancy Group as an Associate and then as a Principal Consultant in 2015.
Margaret lives in London which she loves but also enjoys escaping whenever she gets the chance to hike or just be in nature. She has two grown up children and one of her greatest pleasures is cooking for large amounts of people.
