Monica is a bilingual (French and English) leadership and systemic team coach, facilitator and trainer working with executives and their teams in the private and public sectors. She is a member of the faculty of the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) and of the core debriefing faculty of The Leadership Circle Profile™, a highly respected 360 leadership development framework. Through GTCI, she helps coaches, consultants and HR professionals adopt systemic principles and practices to support the development of high-value-creating leaders, teams and ecosystems.
Monica is a former Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) journalist, as well as a former entrepreneur, communications consultant and public relations director for a fundraising consulting firm based in New York City. Her coaching and facilitation practices include financial, venture capital, pharmaceutical, educational, technological, utilities, aerospace, manufacturing and not-for-profit clients. She is a Senior Practitioner in individual and team coaching, certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Monica is also a Team Coach Supervisor.
Monica is a proud mother who loves to learn and laugh, preferably simultaneously, dance and write. She also tries to remember Benjamin Zander’s Rule No. 6: “Don’t take yourself so darn seriously.” (Mr. Zander’s other rules? There aren’t any.)
Her work and life are in service of contributing to a more inclusive, compassionate and regenerative world, guided by conscious and systemically attuned leaders. Monica recently stepped down as Board Chair of the Montreal Community Cares Foundation, a not-for-profit organization serving disadvantaged youth, after more than a decade.
